This small-business owner was preparing to launch an online directory listing on a new wellness platform. She needed copy that would draw visitors to select and view her listing, introduce her in a warm and relational tone, and clearly communicate her service offerings to people who don’t yet know her and who might be unfamiliar with the specific services she provides.

This project involved thoroughly researching each service being offered, and doing some fun market research to study the way real people talk about what it’s like to experience each type of service.
